On October 1, 2026, we’ll celebrate our 5th anniversary. Five years in which we’ve made a lot happen, turned things upsidedown, and - in the end -always managed to get back on our feet. Amazing years—and to be honest: wild ones, too.
On a day like this, there’s one word above all else to say: Thank you.
Thank you to our employees - for your dedication, your courage, and your belief in us. Thank you to our families, who’ve had our backs during these challenging times, whether we were working late or things got a little wild. And thank you to our business partners, who placed their trust in us during our early days - we’re deeply grateful for that.
These past five years fill us with great pride. Because we run our company a little differently than most small and medium-sized businesses: For us, participatory management isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a daily source of enrichment. Here, everyone learns - every day,both professionally and personally. Yes, that includes the management team, too.
With this team - and with the confidence that we canrespond to challenges dynamically and flexibly - we look to the future with optimism. Here’s to more exciting years, many exciting projects, and - without a doubt - the occasional adventure.
