Doing good work means constantly working on yourself. 💪
That's why we took part in a training course on self-management organized by digitalHUB Aachen e.V. last week. 👏 In addition to many useful tips and tools, these were the three most important insights for us:
- Buffer times must be planned generously in order to be able to react flexibly to unforeseen events 🕚
- Your own prioritization does not necessarily have to correspond to the prioritization of others 🤝
- Time sinks should be identified and reduced 📉
