Mechatronics: precise development and design
Thanks to the specialization of our employees, we can offer comprehensive solutions in the following areas:
- Electrical engineering (design of electrical circuits and controls,e.g. for our test benches, performance measurement on blood pumps, etc.)
- Mechanics (design of complex test benches and various mechanical components, fixture construction, development and design of production aids,e.g. for medical technology in accordance with the Machinery Directive)
- Hydraulics (design and conception of test circuits - MockLoop for blood pumps, oxygenators and cannulas for extracorporeal circulation or ECMO, among others; carrying out various tests such as map and pressure loss measurements at physiological viscosities)
- Software - specialization in Beckhoff and LabView
- Development of the entire control and regulation technology with a highly individualised user interface.
- Test data acquisition, evaluation and report generation in accordance with MDR and FDA-compliant QM documentation.
- Qualification and validation of the developed software.
Process technology: Efficient process development and optimization
We use our in-depth expertise to develop innovative processes or optimize existing processes. We rely on proven methods such as DOE, Ishikawa, P-FMEA,IQ, OQ, PQ, PPQ, DQ, FAT and SAT. The use of statistical methods and compliance with the machinery directive are a matter of course for us.
Prototype and fixture construction: fast and flexiblesolutions
Our in-house workshop enables us to produce hand samples and functional prototypes at short notice. By using turning and milling technology as well asPLA and SLA 3D printing processes, we realize fast iteration loops and deliver pragmatic, customer-oriented solutions.
Project management: Structured processes for optimalresults
Our team has extensive experience in project management. Thanks to an agile way of working and the use of proven methods (V-model - established in medical technology, PDCA cycle), we offer efficient solutions for complex projects -from test bench construction to blood pump development.
