What actually motivates us to do what we do? We are currently reflecting intensively and thinking about the future (small spoiler: there's more to come!). But when it comes to the question of where we want to go, we always look at where we are now and where we come from. As you know, medical technology is where we started and remains very close to our hearts. That's why we asked our colleagues what fascinates them so much about medical technology. Here's what they said:

That sums it up perfectly: we all want to work on clever solutions, learn things that go beyond our current horizons, and make a meaningful difference. Medical technology offers the perfect scope for this.
